Join us and learn more about tofu and how to make your own tofu dumplings with Michiko Tomioka, RD.  We are all excited to have her in our kitchen, sharing her recipe. Most of all she was our intern at FLACS I under Chef Bennett in 2015! All parents from our threes schools are welcomed!

MICHIKO TOMIOKA, RD
She is a Nutrition Care Manager with Flik Lifestyle. She works as a nutrition consultant, clinical dietitian, and food service manager at a nursing community in NJ. She has made a career of promoting health through food at venues such as CookShop for Food Bank NYC and Health Barn USA. So that we know how many to expect, RSVP.
